3. Subscribers: Users who have opted for TalentGro Global’s subscription packages that bundle multiple courses or services.
4. Learners or Students: Participants actively engaged in TalentGro Global’s educational offerings, including courses, workshops, or internships.
5. Tutors or Instructors: Verified professionals registered with TalentGro Global to conduct courses or sessions in their areas of expertise.
6. Courses: Structured learning modules offered through TalentGro Global, covering academic, professional, or skill-based topics.
7. Workshops: Short-term, focused training sessions conducted live or available as recordings for personal development or skill enhancement.
8. Internships: Training experiences offered across various industries, designed to provide practical exposure.
9. Subscription Packages: Bundled offerings combining multiple courses or services for a specified duration.
10. Content: All materials (text, videos, promotional content, etc.) made available on the Platform.
11. Payment Methods: Authorized payment modes, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets.
12. Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable levies required under Indian law.

II. Scope of Services

TalentGro Global provides a diverse range of services delivered digitally through its Platform. These include:

1. Resume Services: Professionally designed resumes and profile optimization packages.
2. Online Courses: Free and paid courses accessible via our Learning Management System (LMS).
3. E-Books: Digital resources provided via email.
4. Career Counselling: Personalized one-on-one sessions for career guidance and planning.
5. Psychological and Health Counselling: Individual sessions addressing mental and physical well-being.
6. Workshops: Live and recorded sessions on specialized topics.
7. Internships: Industry-oriented training programs to enhance professional skills and exposure.

All services are provided under limited, non-transferable licenses and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

III. Account Creation and Security

1. Users must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, to create an account.
2. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials. Any unauthorized access or breach should be reported immediately to Talentgroglobal@gmail.com.
3. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
4. Users under the age of 18 require parent or guardian consent to create an account or enroll in services. Accounts violating this policy will be terminated.

IV. Enrollment and Licensing

1. Enrollment: Access to courses, workshops, or internships is granted only after successful payment.
2. Licensing: All services are licensed for personal use. Users are prohibited from:
   • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing licensed content.
   • Downloading, recording, or reproducing any content without explicit written permission.

V. Rules for Users

By accessing or enrolling in TalentGro Global’s services, users agree to:

1. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not engage in disruptive behaviour.
2. Refrain from infringing on TalentGro Global’s intellectual property or the rights of third parties.
3. Follow all session guidelines set by Tutors or Instructors.
4. Avoid unauthorized solicitation, spamming, or uploading harmful materials.
5. Not share content or services with individuals who have not purchased or subscribed to them.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

VI. Pricing and Payment

1. Dynamic Pricing: Fees for courses, internships, and workshops are determined by TalentGro Global and may change without prior notice.
2. Inclusive of Taxes: All payments include applicable taxes as required by Indian law.
3. Payment Methods: Payments must be made through authorized methods only.
4. Failed Transactions: Access to services will not be granted if payment is incomplete or invalid.

VII. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy:

At TalentGro Global, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our policies. Our 3-day refund policy applies to all eligible services and subscriptions, subject to the following terms:

• Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of the purchase or subscription date.
• Refunds are applicable only for unused or minimally consumed services. Significant usage of services (e.g., attending multiple sessions, accessing the majority of course content, or participating in workshops) disqualifies the request.

Refunds are not available for:

• Digital products once access has been granted (e.g., online courses, e-books, internships, or workshops).
• Services terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

In cases of technical issues or non-delivery of services, customers may contact our support team for resolution. Refund eligibility will be determined based on adherence to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not allowed for services once access or participation has begun. Workshop cancellations are permitted only if requested before the event date.

VIII. Internships and Workshops

1. Internships:
   • Designed for practical skill-building across industries.
   • Access and details are shared digitally post-registration and payment.
2. Workshops:
   • Conducted live or as recorded sessions.
   • Schedules and resources are emailed to registered Participants in advance.

IX. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on the Platform is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
2. Users are prohibited from:
   • Reproducing, distributing, or altering content without written permission.
   • Using automated tools to extract or scrape data.
3. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

X. Data Privacy

TalentGro Global handles all personal data in compliance with its Privacy Policy. Users may request account deletion by contacting Talentgroglobal@gmail.com.

XI. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalentGro Global provides services “as is” without any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TalentGro Global is not responsible for:

XII. Limitation of Liability
