2. Delivery Areas
We exclusively serve customers located within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

- Orders for digital goods are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At TalentGro Global, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our policies. Our 3-day refund policy applies to all eligible services and subscriptions, subject to the following terms:
- Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of the purchase or subscription date.
- Refunds are applicable only for unused or minimally consumed services. Significant usage of services (e.g., attending multiple sessions, accessing the majority of course content, or participating in workshops) disqualifies the request.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Digital products once access has been granted (e.g., online courses, e-books, internships, or workshops).
- Services terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
